Anushka brings 10+ years of experience in M&A advisory and fund raising services, specializing in mid market technology and digital services. At Lumari Capital, she leads the firm's India practice, driving sell-side advisory for mid-market technology companies across the region. She has advised on 10+ transactions spanning IT services, cloud & digital transformation, EV tech and fintech.

 

She previously worked at PL Capital Group (Prabhudas Lilladher), where she led their corporate development team and at Technology Holdings, where she advised technology and digital services companies on sell-side M&A transactions. Earlier in her career, she worked at PwC and KPMG in similar roles.

Anushka holds dual professional qualifications as a Chartered Accountant of India (ICAI) and Company Secretary (ICSI), giving her a rigorous foundation in financial analysis and transaction advisory.
