Dario is a seasoned executive with 20+ years of experience building technology and digital transformation companies.  Before joining Lumari Capital as a Principal, Dario founded Xappia, a Salesforce Summit partner and low-code development consultancy that was acquired by Globant, where he led global strategy for the Salesforce Studio.  

Dario previously worked with Terry and Rahul to sell Xappia.  At Lumari, Dario is spear-heading our expansion in cloud and data technologies across the Americas.  Darío brings practical experience and a technical lens to the traditional M&A process—uncovering hidden value in management teams, the application of proprietary technology to enhance service delivery, near-shore strategies and scalable competitive advantages that often don’t show up on a balance sheet.
