Hattie Marsden is a seasoned M&A advisor with over a decade of experience executing sell-side transactions globally and across the Asia Pacific region, with deep expertise in digital services, MarTech and professional services. Based in Singapore, she brings a founder-first perspective to every engagement, combining rigorous process management with a nuanced understanding of cross-border deal dynamics in ANZ, SEA and broader APAC markets.

Hattie began her career at Deloitte in the UK before transitioning to Hong Kong, where she built her foundational expertise in strategy and post merger integration. She subsequently joined SI Global, where she spent seven years leading the Southeast Asia practice - managing end-to-end transaction execution, team development and P&L responsibility. During that tenure she advised on a broad range of digital services transactions, including sales to Accenture, Publicis, Bain and Dentsu. She later worked at Boston Consulting Group, focused on private equity clients and investors, before founding TruWater Advisory and joining Lumari Capital.  She has continued to execute transactions in the APAC market, including the sale of Total eBiz Solutions to Avanade (a Microsoft/Accenture joint venture) and Heroleads to Havas.
