He has closed 30+ transactions, across 5 continents, with an aggregate transaction value exceeding $2 billion. Rahul has significant experience across multiple areas of the technology ecosystem, including cloud, consulting, enterprise software, IT services, data science, design & engineering, digital marketing and security.

Prior to co-founding Lumari Capital, Rahul was a Managing Director at Oberon Securities, where he provided sell-side M&A and growth financing advisory exclusively to technology and digital services companies. He has also held similar roles at Technology Holdings, Corporate Finance Advisors, and Avendus Capital. Rahul’s educational background in computer science engineering and finance (MBA) enables him to understand both the technological and business aspects of a company.
