Tim Sturgeon is an M&A advisor with over 12 years of transaction experience in healthcare and life sciences, having advised on more than 20 completed transactions spanning biopharma, pharma services, healthcare services, medtech and healthtech. He works with founders, investors and corporates on strategic sales, capital raises and growth initiatives, with a consistent focus on outcomes that create durable value.

Tim's career is distinguished by a scientific foundation that sets him apart from most healthcare advisory professionals. He spent the first seven years of his career in industry — as a Development Scientist at Lonza within the CDMO sector, followed by a corporate and business development role at Silence Therapeutics, a clinical-stage RNAi therapeutics company — before transitioning to investment banking. He joined Canaccord Genuity, where he spent nearly eight years rising to Director within the healthcare and life sciences practice.
