Victor Martinez-Angles is a corporate development and investment executive with 30 years of global experience in M&A, strategic advisory and private capital. He has led more than 100 transactions across Europe, Asia and the Americas, including acquisitions, carve-outs, joint ventures and growth investments, creating long-term value for founders, family offices and corporates alike.

Victor has deep sector expertise in technology-enabled services, software, consulting and industrial technology. He has advised and partnered with founder-led businesses and institutional investors to scale operations, enter new markets and structure complex strategic transactions. His work spans the full deal lifecycle, from origination to execution and post-deal value creation.  He has worked together with the Lumari principals on many transactions, including the acquisition and sale of OnProcess Technology, iRunway and others.

Prior to joining Lumari Capital, Victor held senior executive positions at the Narotam Sekhsaria Family Office, Lumis Partners, Genpact and GE, overseeing direct investment and growth strategy for portfolio companies, running corporate development efforts, consulting and investment banking while serving on multiple boards in Europe and North America.
