Lumari Capital welcomes Victor Martinez-Angles

Lumari Capital continues to build its global platform with the appointment of Victor Martinez-Angles as Senior Principal, based in London.

Victor is a corporate development and investment executive with more than 30 years of international experience across M&A, strategic advisory and private capital. He has worked extensively with founders, corporates and investors on complex transactions and growth initiatives across technology-enabled services, software and consulting.

Most recently, Victor was with the Narotam Sekhsaria Family Office (NSFO), where he focused on direct investments and strategic initiatives. Prior to that, he was part of Lumis Partners, investing in growth-oriented companies, and earlier in his career led Corporate Development at Genpact, both pre and post IPO, where he was responsible for evaluating and executing strategic acquisitions.

He also played a key role in investing in and scaling OnProcess Technology from a Boston-based company into a global leader in supply chain solutions prior to its acquisition by Accenture in 2024—an experience that reflects his ability to drive value creation from investment through exit.

Victor brings a practical, hands-on approach to growth and M&A that aligns closely with Lumari’s practitioner-turned-advisor philosophy. His experience across both advisory and investing enhances the firm’s ability to guide clients through complex, cross-border transactions with clarity and discipline.

Lumari’s model is intentionally selective and principal-led. With the addition of senior leaders like Victor, the firm continues to expand its global reach while maintaining the high-touch, execution-focused approach that defines its advisory philosophy.
